Founder and Managing partner Mr Mahesh Garg is a senior class 1 Marine engineer with 34 years’ experience of sailing and shore  out of which 25 years as Chief Engineer and senior tech superintendent/Senior manager with multiple shipping companies. He has vide experience in dry docking supervision of crude oil tankers and capsize bulk carriers in multiple drydocks, New building vessels supervision and take over, second hand vessels take over, Multiple oil tankers vetting inspections and Multiple bulk carriers RIGHTSHIP inspections, Flag and  PSC inspections, all types of class surveys, Pre purchase inspection. This gave him vast exposure in all aspects of shipping industry needs, National and international regulations.

Other Partner Mr Vijay Nathan with a professional background in Mechanical Engineering ,has a vast experience in marine safety industry in Houston, Singapore and India with Marine safety service providers and ship management companies. He started work as Service engineer onboard vessel in marine safety inspections and maintenance and worked closely with Ship owners, ship managers and classification societies. In Houston he was instrumental in establishing and expanding marine service operations for a big service company. He gained rich experience with a ship management company developing strong professional relationship with marine safety suppliers and marine service providers.
